Our background is in OD, workforce and management development through focussed and progressive programme design. WBS has extensive understanding of working with the private sector across Scotland from large corporate companies in the whisky industry to small retail outlets, along with expertise with the social enterprise sector and currently holds a public sector commission.
WBS was a successful social enterprise, known as Workbase Scotland, until its market-force success led to the establishment of the private company WBS & Partners in 2007. The vision, values, staff and partnerships of Workbase continue to exist within WBS & Partners. WBS & Partners has acquired the 10 years track record of Workbase Scotland having assisted over 10,000 employees and over 120 organisations across Scotland. Therefore, WBS has an impressive client list and an established reputation.
