Workbase Scotland has significant experience and understanding of developing and delivering training in the workplace that involves buy-in from employers and employees. We take an innovative approach to designing courses to meet identified needs and to adapt training methods as a result of feedback.
Our courses are unique and designed to find solutions for our clients. We approach our specific project briefs by firstly seeking to analyse the problem or issues, identifying potential routes to addressing this problem, piloting the identified solutions and strategies and then adapting and changing materials and delivery as required.
A wide variety of facilitative tools and techniques are likely to be incorporated in the delivery of your project to ensure the best use of your time and to achieve the most effective outputs. They may include whole group, small group and pairs work, workshops and live-project work. Workbase take into account the particular working environment and organisational culture in designing our activities. We will incorporate use of interactive techniques such as questioning, discussion, clarifying, reflection, role-play, awareness raising and free-thinking in its methodology. Delivery may include online learning (custom built for your needs on your IT systems), such as intranets, stand-alone modules or a blended delivery approach covering a number of key skills.
Our aim is to ensure that appropriate and robust training and facilitation materials are developed that are highly effective and have a real impact on daily working practices and will be sustainable beyond the life of the project.
