Alison Barr: Partner & Consultant Alison Barr: Partner & Consultant

Experienced Consultant who uses a Gestalt and group dynamics approach to facilitation. Alison's skills as a Gestalt Psycho-Educational Group Facilitator and Psychotherapist further enhance this work. The process of diagnosing and addressing organisational issues follows easily from Alison's approach with clients. She is an experienced researcher and has led many of the WBS research projects. Alison is also in great demand as an experienced NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner and Business Coach.



Angela Evans: Partner & Consultant

14 years experience with WBS in the design, delivery and evaluation of learning and development for a broad sector of indutsries. Angela manages the VQ and competency side of the business and additionally has a public sector / HR background and expertise within the voluntary sector and social inclusion.

 

Robert Noakes: Director


From being one of the singer-songwriters of the 1970’s as Rab Noakes to his present activities with WBS & Partners and Neon Productions, Robert has had a varied and rich career. He uses his production and creative skills to bring new ideas and connections to WBS and facilitates many innovative collaborations.


Robert spent time as a BBC employee where he headed up the music and entertainment department before setting an independent production company in 1994. Now Neon and WBS combine many activities, projects and skills to form a unique partnership.



Margaret Park: Partner & Consultant

Expertise in managing the design and delivery of major projects and client work with WBS. Mags has managed numerous ESF work for WBS and specialises in the delivery of employability and Leadership development. She also has a breadth of experience in the SME sector especially the identification of need and learning plans.



Stephanie Pordage: DirectorStephanie Pordage: Director

Stephy is the operational Director of WBS & Partners (formally Workbase Scotland). She is an NLP Practitioner and has over 20 years experience of strategic management, organisational and business development within organisations. Stephy's expertise is in partnership development, leadership and employability. She uses Gestalt and group dynamics to underpin her facilitation style. Stephy has successfully won and managed large transnational European projects with industry and trade unions.




Julia Albert-Recht: Business Development Partner

Julia's background is in strategic management and company development, especially in public and voluntary sector. Her expertise in WBS is used in the design, development and management of projects in the UK and across Europe. Julia has specialised in using the evaluation model SROI Social Return On Investment.



James Black: AdministratorJames Black: Administrator

James works for WBS & Partners as a freelance Administrator, combining this with freelance media production work and a part-time role at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama, of which he is a composition graduate.
