What is NLP?
Neuro Linguistic Programming is the process of human learning. It emerges from modeling human behaviours and thought processes. NLP models involve finding how the brain ("Neuro") is operating, by analysing language patterns ("Linguistic") and non-verbal communication. The results are put into step-by-step strategies or programmes ("Programming") that allow the skills to be transferred to others or different contexts.

This means that if someone displays successful or useful behaviours then others can learn their strategies using NLP without spending a life-time doing so. It is literally about the difference that makes the difference. This area of applied psychology all began in 1970's California and was led by Richard Bandler and John Grinder.
NLP is the foundation stone on which WBS construct its development programmes aimed at changing (or growing) the behaviours of success.
